Ms. Wenyan Fang joined ROC in 2006 and was subsequently promoted to Finance Manager, Finance Controller, Vice President, Senior Vice President and President for Roc in China, then she was appointed as Vice President from 2021 and Co-President of Roc Oil from 2022. Now she takes the role as CO-CEO of Roc Oil and Vice President of Hainan Mining Co., Ltd. She also serves as Vice President of SPE Norther China International Section. Prior to joining ROC, Ms. Fang worked for PetroChina and Apache Corp.
