Mr. Duncan Smart joined ROC in 2017 as Country Manager Malaysia and was appointed Vice-President of ROC: Malaysia Operations in January 2021. He has 42 years of upstream oil and gas industry experience with BP, BG and Talisman/Repsol. Mr. Smart worked in the UK, Azerbaijan, Russia, Caribbean, Australia and Malaysia in a variety of roles covering technical, operations, commercial and management.
