Mr. Hong Chen joined ROC in Dec 2022. He has 30 years experiences on Oil&Gas exploration and development. Prior to joining ROC, Mr. Chen has worked for / with Sinopec, Sinochem, CNOOC, ConocoPhillips and Anadarko, Geojade etc. state-run or international companies as technical leader / assets manager. He holds Master degree in Oil&Gas development from China University Of Petroleum.
