Replacement of Appendix 3B

On 28 April 2008 ROC lodged an Appendix 3B – New Issue Announcement for 30,000 shares as a result of exercise of executive share options. The total executive share options referred to in this Appendix 3B was incorrect.
Attached is a revised Appendix 3B for exercise of a total of 15,000 executive options.
The attached Appendix 3B replaces the 3B lodged on 28 April 2008.
