- In 1999, ROC purchased a suite of oil and gas assets in the UK, including some undeveloped fields in the North Sea.
- ROC holds, through its 50% ownership of Croft Exploration Limited, a 0.1057% net profit interest in Licence P240 (Blocks 16/22a and 16/22b).
- ROC also holds a 1% overriding royalty interest in exploration licences surrounding the Ardmore Field - Licences P1036, P1037, P1038 and P1126 (Blocks 30/24d, 30/24c, 30/24a and 30/29b respectively).
