MISSION STATEMENT

Corporate Culture

ROC believes that a prerequisite for success in any business is a very strong and naturally evolved, corporate culture, which is very well understood and very clearly communicated both within and beyond the Company. The main elements of ROC's corporate culture include a sensibly contrary, no-nonsense, high energy and pro-active attitude which is further characterised by transparent corporate governance and prudent financial management.

Corporate Goal

ROC's goal is to create and deliver substantial wealth for Shareholders by becoming a well balanced, international exploration and production company with significant reserves and sustainable production.

Core Strategy

ROC intends to achieve its goal by adding value to cost effectively acquired high potential exploration and production opportunities, the potential merit of which may not be obvious initially to other industry participants.
