Andrew J Love BCom, FCA, MAICD (Chairman) (Age 50)

Mr Love obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in 1973 from The University of New South Wales and since 1973 has been with Ferrier Hodgson, an Australian-based chartered accounting firm, where he is currently a senior partner. Mr Love is also a non-executive director of a number of public Australian companies and is the former Chairman of Command, an independent Australian oil and gas company prior to it being acquired by UK-based Cairn in 1996. Mr Love was appointed to the Board in February 1997.
