William G Jephcott BCom, FCPA, FAICD (Age 53)

Mr Jephcott received a Bachelor of Commerce in 1972 from University of New South Wales. Since 1982, he has worked in the corporate advisory and investment banking industries specialising in mergers and acquisitions. In 1994, Mr Jephcott was a joint founder of Centaurus Corporate Finance Pty Limited. In late 1997 the Centaurus Corporate Finance Pty Limited team joined Merrill Lynch International (Australia) Limited with which Mr Jephcott continues as a Senior Adviser. Mr Jephcott provided financial and corporate advice to Command from 1987 to 1996. Mr Jephcott is a non-executive director of a number of companies and became a Board member in February 1997.
