Ross Dobinson BBus (Age 51)

Mr Dobinson holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology, graduating in 1974. He subsequently worked as a chartered accountant, and a corporate crime investigator with several Australian Royal Commissions before moving into stockbroking and the corporate advisory sector. During the last decade, Mr Dobinson has been involved in a significant number of public offerings. Mr Dobinson joined National Australia Bank in 1989 as Head of Corporate Advisory Services for its stockbroking subsidiary, before joining the Australian subsidiary of Dresdner Bank AG in 1996, as Director–Corporate Advisory. In early 1999, Mr Dobinson became the Managing Director of Technology Structuring Limited, a corporate advisory company. Mr Dobinson is a non-executive director of a number of companies and became a Board member in June 1997.
